In case of a serious breakdown, the wheel from the Extrawheel bicycle trailer can be used as a spare wheel for the bike, allowing the journey to continue. An important and unique feature of the Brave Classic trailer is that it can accommodate both full-size front and rear wheels.
Brave Classic is a single-wheel bicycle trailer in a new version. It comes standard with a high-quality front wheel, although for the first time, the manufacturer offers the option to purchase the bicycle trailer without a wheel. In this case, the user can choose and install it as needed – either front or rear. Brave Classic comes with bags with a total capacity of 100 liters.
Structural changes have also been made to the trailer, resulting in increased stiffness, improved balance, and consequently better driving characteristics, including traction and stability. As the concept behind Brave Classic is to go wherever a bike can go, the fork connecting the trailer to the rear bike wheel has also been modified. It is now more robust and rigid, eliminating vibrations and increasing riding pleasure. This model also introduces the ability to replace the black fork elements used to attach the fork connecting the trailer to the bike, which means that in case of mechanical damage, the user can replace them without needing to find a workshop.
Thin-walled steel tubes assembled into a compact frame structure provide a high level of rigidity, and effective protection against road debris is ensured by the newly designed mudguard. Its design enhances the appearance of the trailer and complements the new warning flag with the Extrawheel logo. The package includes a stainless steel quick-release, but you can also order nuts made of the same durable material or a Thru Axle adapter. The trailer is designed to accommodate a rear wheel with a 135 mm hub as standard, and it also includes spacer sleeves for front wheel installation.
We offer Classic Premium bags with a capacity of up to 100 liters as part of the package. This set provides unlimited packing possibilities for a bicycle trip. Classic Premium bags are sewn in a Polish workshop using extremely strong polyester threads from super-durable German Cordura. Thanks to glued seams, the bags are waterproof, and complete waterproofing – even during heavy rain – is achieved by rolling them four times and fastening the buckles “downward.”
The large capacity of the Classic bags requires a sturdy attachment to the trailer. This stability is provided by three KlickFix fasteners on the reinforced rear wall, which perfectly fit into the technical mounts on the frame. These technical mounts on the trailer will certainly come in handy when transporting loads that can be secured with regular straps.
Automating the production process through the use of digital equipment ensures full repeatability of parameters for each produced element and maintains the highest quality standards. Made in Poland.
