Dry Bags
Extrawheel waterproof transport bags are a continuation of our company’s unique design philosophy. Together with our panniers, they look great as a set on your bicycle, and are an ideal solution even when used separately as sailing, caving, mountaineering or kayaking bags. Our transport bags work in the most extreme weather conditions, and thanks to their taped seams ensure full protection of your luggage against water. All of our bags have a carrying strap and are made of the best German materials. Extrawheel waterproof transport bags are available in two varieties: a Premium version made from super-resistant Cordura, and a standard version made from durable, easily cleanable polyester.
Our transport bags come with a 5-year warranty and are produced in Poland. Which bags will you choose?
Polyester – highly durable 270 g German material. The polyester bags are:
- Cheap
- Easy to clean
- Waterproof
- Easy to fix in case of tears by taping
- Made with taped seams to enhance tightness
- Equipped with carrying straps
- Made with water-proofing impregnants
- Suitable for cycling, sailing, caving, mountaineering and kayaking
We use this polyester to create Sailor bags with a capacity of 10-80 litres. For most bicycle trips, we recommend bags with 10-20 litre capacities, which can be strapped to the rack between the panniers, or by using the extra straps with the Extrawheel Voyager PRO trailer to create an additional luggage module.
Cordura (PREMIUM products) – the most durable 200g-licensed fabric in the world. The bags are:
- Super durable
- Slightly lighter than the polyester bags
- Less prone to tearing, making them more water resistant
- Made with taped seams to enhance their water resistance
- Equipped with carrying straps
- Made with water-proofing impregnants
- Suitable for sailing, cycling, caving, mountaineering and kayaking
We use this polyester to sew our Sailor PREMIUM transport bags with a capacity of 10 to 80 litres. For most bicycle trips, we recommend bags with 10-20 litre capacities, which can be strapped to the rack between the panniers, or by using the extra straps with the Extrawheel Voyager PRO trailer to create an additional luggage module.
