Couriers will deliver the parcel to your home:

- POCZTEX EMS (within 6-9 days) outside European Union
All parcels are insured. If a parcel is lost, Extrawheel will send a new
one at its own expense.

The on-line store will quote the delivery cost after the destination country has been selected. When ordering more than one trailer at a time, the delivery cost for each additional trailer is 50% of the basic price.

In a bank. After the purchase and selecting the option “standard money transfer” in our on-line store, you should copy the displayed TRANSACTION NUMBER and QUOTE IT while sending the money from any bank to the following address..

The Buyer pays the commission. The parcel will be dispatched after the money has been received, i.e. a few days later.
 

Payment upon receipt. This service is available only in Poland. After the purchase and selecting the option “payment upon receipt” in our on-line store, we dispatch the parcel and you pay cash when you receive it.

In some countries outside the European Union customs duty may be imposed on the parcel. Unfortunately we do not know how much and in which countries. Extrawheel shall not pay for such costs.

The damaged front wheel may be swapped with the trailer wheel. The trailer wheel bears less load and you should be able to reach the nearest point of repair. If necessary, the trailer may be carried on one’s back. If the rear bicycle wheel is damaged, you can use the parts of the trailer wheel: spokes, the inner tube, the tyre or the wheel rim.

We provide three wheel sizes (standard front wheels with QR):

- 28’ (622-37)
- 27’ (630-37)
The trailer frame has 4mm-thick dropouts for the axis of 10mm diameter. The distance between the dropouts is 100 mm.
 

Each wheel is made with the parts provided by the following manufacturers:
Tyres - KENDA, aluminium hubs - Yoytech, quick release - EXTRAWHEEL,
36 galvanised spokes - CN SPOKE, aluminium conically-shaped rims - Strong Wheel, inner tube with an AV car valve – KENDA
 

The Voyager’s frame is suitable for all sizes of bicycle wheels up to the width of 2.3” – also size 29” (rim 28” with a large tyre).
We also plan to make a wider frame for the wheels mounted in Pagsley-type bicycles. Keep checking at our on-line store.
 

It is good to choose the trailer wheel of the same size as your bicycle wheels. This looks best and may serve as a spare wheel.

However, be aware:
 

If your trailer wheel is smaller than 20”, the load may rub against the ground.

If you want to reduce the rolling resistance, you should choose the largest possible wheel: a narrow tyre for asphalt and wider tyre for rough terrain.

The fastening fork which joints the trailer to the bicycle is made of quenched spring steel (the frame is made of welded steel). For the STANDARD size you can mounts wheels up to 29” and the width of 2.3”. Non-standard, higher tyres may not fit.

A fastening fork for a Pugsley-type bicycle is only one millimetre longer but much wider than a standard one.
If you want such a fork, you need to buy it as an extra accessory in addition to a standard-fork trailer.
 

The sizes of Extrawheel QR are shown in the picture on the right. We can make non-standard sizes to order. It is best to purchase a number of quick releases (or nuts), so you can fasten the trailer to different bicycles fast. If you go on a long trip, take a spare one with you – as it happens in cycling a quick release may break.

Extrawheel nuts are available in five thread sizes. The most popular have the 3/8 inch thread and 26 crests per inch.
You should have your bicycle thread checked at a service point – home-made measurement might be inaccurate. Unfortunately, it is not enough to give us information about the hub type or the make of bicycle. We make non-standard nuts to order.
 

Heavy load hung on one side causes a slight tilt of the bicycle, something the cyclist will soon get accustomed to. During braking and in difficult terrain the cycling comfort deteriorates a little.

The fabric the panniers are made from will endure the journeys across deserts and through tropical forests. Its durability is so exceptional that it is widely used by the military. If it becomes torn, its special weave prevents the tear from enlarging.
